All prices are listed in USD and KES (Kenya Shillings)and are subject to change without notice.
Payment for all products must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Creditcard, Mastercard, paypal and Mpesa our money gateway provider is PesaPal.
Craftsylish reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions that may occur on the website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location and the size of the order. Estimated delivery times may be provided at checkout.
Once an order is shipped, Craftsylish is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items caused by the shipping carrier.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
